What we collect and why
When you buy a download we receive from PayPal or Stripe your name, e-mail address and country, and we record the order (film, amount, date, order number) and the technical data of the request (IP address). We use this to deliver your download link, to help you if a file does not work, and to keep the sales records the law requires. We never see or store card numbers; payment is handled by PayPal or Stripe.

Legal basis
Performance of the purchase (contract) and our legal obligations under Belgian tax and accounting law. Newsletter e-mails are sent only if you subscribe, and every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.

Who receives your data
PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland, as payment providers; our hosting and content-delivery providers, who process data on our instructions. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

How long we keep it
Sales records: 10 years, as required by Belgian VAT and accounting law. Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: a limited period for security.

Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by e-mailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
