Plot Summary

Gay introduces Roslyn to his friends: Guido (Eli Wallach), a widowed mechanic and failed pilot haunted by his dead wife, and Perce Howland (Montgomery Clift), a battered, gentle rodeo rider whose body and spirit have been broken by years of being thrown from horses and bulls.
