Plot Summary

Eve White is a timid, soft-spoken Georgia housewife who begins experiencing severe headaches and unexplained blackouts. Her concerned husband Ralph brings her to see Dr. Luther, a psychiatrist, who initially believes he is dealing with a straightforward case of anxiety. But during one session, Eve undergoes a startling transformation — her posture changes, her voice shifts, her entire personality alters, and a bold, flirtatious, and reckless woman emerges who calls herself Eve Black.

Dr. Luther is stunned to discover that Eve White has no knowledge of Eve Black, but Eve Black is fully aware of Eve White and takes malicious pleasure in creating chaos in her alter ego’s life.
